Reservation Policy:
- A 2-night minimum is required for weekends during peak season, from Jun. 1st to Nov. 1st.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less in advance or "no shows" will be charged a one night minimum.
- Visa/MC required for reservation.
Check In/ Check Out
- Check in by reservation only, any time after 2pm. Please let us know when you plan to arrive so we can be available to greet you.
- Check Out: 11am
Discounts*
We offer a 15% discount for members of the following non-profit organizations. Please mention your membership and provide us with proof when checking in to receive this discount.
- IMBA International Mountain Biking Association
- NSP National Ski Patrol
Multi-Day stay Discounts*
We offer a discount for stays of more than three days. Stay for four days or more and we will give you a 20% discount on your entire stay.

Children
Children are welcome but must be supervised by the parents. Parents of children will be asked to sign an agreement that they are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused.
Pets
We have a dog that lives outside. Mauka loves people and especially children. He's a very energetic young Golden Retriever and still acts like a puppy. He is still learning not to jump on people and cars. When you arrive he will most likely be on his leash. Visiting guest- dogs will be considered on an individual basis. Contact us with inquiries.
There is a large fenced in area and ample trails where supervised dogs can run and play. While unsupervised, dogs can rest in our spacious, covered outdoor kennel area. While we encourage dogs to stay outside, we offer a medium sized crate that fits in your room for overnight sleeping if necessary.
Pet owners will be asked to sign a pet agreement stating that they may be required to pay an additional cleaning fee and will be held responsible for any damage repair costs.
